You don’t have to have a social media account, email address, or mobile device to use EveryoneNow*. It provides essential communication tools without the need for an email account or the distraction of a social media account. Just install the app, or login from a PC, to send messages or calendar events.

PROTECTED: We take privacy and security seriously. We are based in the USA and our primary customers are Financial Institutions. This solution was specifically designed to help you protect your information. You control what to share, who to block, when to unlink, and approve connections. We NEVER share your information. When you add contacts, we only send ONE message to them, so they can help keep their information current.

CALENDARING: EveryoneNow allows for unlimited personal/group calendaring. Create/update events, even allowing people to accept/decline and check in/out. All events include messaging and calendaring, and allow for administrators. Your friends can easily join with the EveryoneID system without receiving a notice. Since we send out calendar announcements, you can use this feature with those who dont have EveryoneNow or to sync with other calendars. Plus, it automatically updates the main calendar on your mobile device. Add/receive an event in EveryoneNow and it will also show on your devices calendar.

MESSAGING: EveryoneNow allows for unlimited personal/group messaging. It works with your friends who don’t have email, or prefer email. Our technology figures out how to deliver messages (push or email) and you decide when to stop receiving messages (unlike email). Plus, messaging is cross-platform allowing you to receive and reply to messages when and where it is convenient for you.

CONTACTS: EveryoneNow includes our ForeverContacts℠ system that automates contact import and management. Easily add or import contacts from a PC or mobile device. We then remove duplicates, clean information, and create a master list allowing you to control what’s shared. It also creates a secure contact backup that’s accessible from your mobile device or PC. This is a great way to manage contacts. It can also update/fix the contact list on your mobile device (if desired). Add/update a contact in EveryoneNow and it will also show on your devices list. When you add contacts, we never share the information or send promotional messages. They only get ONE message from us when added, so they can help keep their information current.

GROUPS: EveryoneNow allows you to quickly connect with your favorite groups and organizations. All groups include messaging and calendaring, and allow for administrators. Plus, your friends can easily join groups with the EveryoneID system. This is a great system for managing teams, clubs, and organizations of all sizes. You can also create/manage sub-groups if needed.

QUICK EXCHANGE: Every contact, group, and event has an EveryoneID (unique code and quick scan graphic). Use these IDs to quickly trade information. So, instead of verbally exchanging information, just scan an EveryoneID to have the information in seconds. You can put these EveryoneIDs on handouts, cards, and in presentations.
